Premiums for short notice work....

We tend to book ourselves out at about three or four months in advance. Recently however we've had a spate of people asking for work at either no notice or very short notice.

I hate to let people down and not help them so we've tended to agree to do something - but I am beginning to wonder if there's something to be said for having a premium for this kind of "drop everything and skip your day off" kind of work..... and if so, how much?

Anyone got any guidelines?
