Anyone Interested In A Networking Event?
Inspired Results Events would like to invite you to our Summer Ball for Coaches. This is going to be a fantastic event that is not to be missed!
It will take place on the 2nd June 2007. Please check out the itinerary for the weekend below:
• Meet up at around 3pm on Saturday at the Renaissance London Heathrow. To find out more on the hotel please visit the link http://marriott.com/hotels/travel/lhrbr-renaissance-london-heathrow...
• Meet in the Wessex Ballroom reception area to let us know you are there, to collect your raffle ticket and to network with your fellow coaches.
• Check in to rooms about 5pm and get ready for the evening.
• Arrive for pre drinks in the Wessex Ballroom reception area at 7.30pm.
• Move in to the Wessex Ballroom for a 3 course sit down meal to start 8pm prompt with background music from Chris Smith and the String of Pearls Trio.
• The sounds of Chris Smith and the String of Pearls 16 piece band from 10pm until 1pm with a raffle break midway through.
By the way Chris used to play trombone for Frank Sinatra. They will play all types of music throughout the evening including M People, Weather Girls, Whitney Houston, Lulu, Tom Jones, Bee Gees, Blues Brothers, Kylie, Donna Summer, Michael Jackson, Glenn Miller, Frank Sinatra, Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman and Tommy Dorsey and loads more, so there will be something for everyone’s taste!
Dress code for the evening will be formal wear, ball gowns for ladies and tux for men. All other times will be strictly casual!
I have arranged a special rate with the hotel to include your evening meal with music from the live band, your room for the night and your breakfast the following morning. If you are attending on your own then the inclusive price will be £149, this is higher mainly due to the room cost. If you are coming with your partner or you are happy to share a twin room with a friend or fellow coach then you can get the package for £198 between you, which is actually only £99 each! The only other cost you will have for this weekend is your drink and that’s entirely up to you how much you want to spend!!
To get these amazing prices we need to have at least 300 people attending the ball. However there is only room for a maximum of 360 people so if you would like to come along to the summer ball please email me at events@inspiredresultscoaching.co.uk with your details. You will need to be quick as I expect this to get booked up within a few days!
So what do I require from you?
• Your name and address. Also your partners name if they are attending. If you don't have a partner you are welcome to bring a friend along as it's clearly much better value to be sharing a room!
• Telephone number in case of any problems.
• Email address (important as this is how I will be contacting you).
• If you are sharing with another person then please let me know their name so I can sort out the rooms.
• Initially I just need confirmation of numbers and then once I have them and everything is booked then I will be asking for payment.
So just to recap on what you get.
• 3 course meal with tea & coffee
• A room for the night at a 4 star hotel
• Breakfast Sunday morning
• The amazing sounds of Chris Smith and his 16 piece band
• A raffle with some fun prizes
• The company of some awesome people
And all this for under £100, sounds like a bargain to me!
