Ernst & Young

I am hoping to do some L&D work for Ernst and Young in the near future. I have researched them on the net and gained an overview of the organisation, but wondered if any members had any insites or knowledge that might assist me when I hold discussions with them?

Can anyone help me find out more about the direction they are moving in, or current threats to them as an organisation?
