Thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself to everyone here by sticking a post up in the Introductions section.
I've read some interesting stuff in the discussions so far.
I specialise in stress management seeing it as a whole of life issue. I recently heard about some research into stress being a prime motivator for murder - seemed like a good reason for bosses to reduce the stress in their workplaces!
I'm always on the lookout for businesses who offer services that reduce stress. I'm looking for people who can specifically help to reduce stress or remove worry from peoples lives. Can't guarantee work but I hope to get these businesses listed on my web site sometime.
Other than that I'm also interested in hearing about ways that people manage stress for themselves.
Sorry gone on too long. Hope to meet up with some of you in due course.
Hi Chris
I've been involved in writing and delivering programmes to help both employers and employees manage stress, particularly for the police/public sector. Might be worth a chat as I'm happy to help and share some of the ideas and interventions that have been used. Got to go.. sun shining for once! Stay happy :)

I have just come across your message and it seems that we have quite a lot in common.
I too am very keen on using walking as a means to reduce stress as well as a medium to get business people away from the everyday busyness of their business and to focus on the 'big stuff' that helps them to create the business they want and the life they want. I use the principles and practices of NLP to underpin the work that I do.
