I run a Business and Training Consultancy. But I dont train people, I introduce clients to appropriate training facilties.

Part of the service I offer is to introduce Business Coaches into clients to undertake Pre Course Preparation and Post Course Follow Ups. My Client base is developing right across the UK and I am in need of identifying further Business Coaches to work with.

I have developed an action learning based coaching format that runs over 12 weeks. It is based on a combination of worshops(4 in total) meetings in small groups (trio's) and one-to-one email log books.
