Hi I am looking for Executive Compensation Consultants for one of my clients. The roles will be based in London and will carry a basic salary upto £70,000 + Full Benefits.

Hi, I am not really sure this is the best place for this but here goes. I am looking for a senior level HR specialist to give guidance and support to the executive management team. Including the provision of recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition, talent management and training & development. There is a need to continually develop the HR services. This is a hands on role you will need to be flexible in your approach to changing priorities. My client works in the BPO space and is actively growing throughout Europe hence the need for this new hire. You will ideally be CIPD qualified, with a good knowledge of employment law. This is an embryonic environment and you will need to be focused on offering strategic guidance and implementing robust solutions. Currently the workforce is around 200 with a potential 100 new hires in the new year. This is a great work environment where you will get the chance to make a real positive impact, with direct access to the CEO. Pay is up to £250 per day on a rolling 6 months contract, based in London. My client is very keen to begin interviews asap.

Hi James,
Sounds interesting though might be a little lightweight in terms of £££'s for me personally. I'd be looking for closer to £300 per day. Is your client a recruitment company that also work in the BPO space (i.e. they have onsite roles with a number of clients) like Hudson and Alexander Mann and various others?
I'd be keen to know who the end client or clients are, be it in the IT/Telco sector or other industry.

We have been thinking about a new idea,or we think it's new,to be of practical help to other small freelancers and their teams.Is that you? What do you think about coming onto our website at no charge and having some pages on any training we don't currently offer. We do a lot but there are some topics we don't cover,like IT or Health and Safety or Finance for Non Finance or Finance-seems quite a lot now!!!

For members working with small businesses in London whose owners could benefit from leadership and management training.

If small businesses (at least five employees) are interested in/need to have leadership and management training, I can provide a lead to a broker who would be happy to assist eligible businesses to access a training grant of up to £1,000.
