A friend of mine, and a member of Magenta Circle / HRD Café (Paul Matthews http://www.linkedin.com/in/peoplealchemy ), has developed an impressive online resource for managers. It is great value for anybody, not just managers, with extensive and practical material on communication, conflict resolution, NLP, creativity, humour, employment law and lots more.

The resource is called Alchemy for Managers. It has over 100 topics on the essential skills of management written by 80 of the top management consultants in the UK.
