Following on from our communication, I contacted Tracom and received a reply. They offer a fantastic paper based scoring system for a few dollars. I have been using my own for a couple of years but it will be good to use one with construct validity and reliability.
Running two Active Listening workshops using Social Styles over the next couple of weeks.

Good to hear from someone in the UK. I am in Kuwait and appreciate that you took time to contact me. Life here can drive you a little crazy. I too was born in Liverpool and recently (before Kuwait) did a lot of work for Littlewoods in various locations..one extreme to another!

I noticed that you specialise in Social Styles. I use this tool a lot for conflict management and sales training. I recently became qualified to use Thomas DiSC, which in essense is a more complex version.
