I currently work as a freelance trainer and consultant specialising in all aspects of sales, account management and negotiation, plus customer strategy and train the training/presentation skills as a sideline!
I have done this for over 12 years, designing and delivering over 120 days of live training per year, across many different organisations and various locations around the world. This includes BT, Vodafone, Deutschebank, AIG, Reuters, Cisco, etc.
I have also written 8 books, mostly on training, but also time management, people management and telephone skills.
I earned my stripes by a career in the IT and systems industry as a sales person, major account manager, sales manager and sales director. I am also a Master Trainer in NLP and owner of over 200 self-development books, tapes and CD's...and yes, I still read and re-read them!
I recently (18 months ago) worked as Head of Sales Productivity for Thomson Financial on a two year contract, before returning to the freelance world.
