- I started my Recruitment/Human Resources career in 1998. I have worked with hundreds of companies as a consultant over the past 8 years providing insight on recruiting, management and performance. I have served as Vice President of Professional Development for HRACI, the local Indianapolis chapter of SHRM as well as Program Chair for the volunteer committee of The Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.
