- My professional background includes human resources, recruitment and learning & dvelopment. Since 1999 I focused on people development through the use of coaching, facilitating and training tools.
I work with business leaders to enhance their managment and leadership skills. I also work with young people in schools and colleges to develop their enterprise and employability expertise. Lastly I support coaches to learn how to be paid what they believe they are worth for doing what they love.
By nature I am an information sharer, so if there's anything you want to know about coaching, being an associate trainer, balancing a day job with building a business, audio recording or e-books - to name just a few of the areas I have some experience of - drop a line or two.
