- I have been managing my own consultancy since January 1988. I focus on Human Behaviour, being trained as a Psychotherapist (Transactional Analyst). In the past I have been an HR Manager in Multinational Companies.
I specialize in Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence (I have developed my own model that was the basis of my MSc thesis) and in Stress Management. I enjoy running Train the Trainer sessions and will be running a train the trainer in Process Communication in the UK in the Autumn of 2008. My strength is in the ability to design training in human behaviour skills to meet the unique needs of the company, group or team.
