Hello and thanks for taking a look at my profile. I am a therapist, coach and trainer involved in specialised training in stress management and coaching skills plus hypnotherapy and self development products.
My previous career was in the telecoms industry (for 14 years!) where I started from a wee tele sales girly up to various sales exec roles, sale management roles and training. Telecoms was good but very stressful and was a huge part of my decision to change careers and help others with their stress in the ever demanding corporate world!
I am passionate about helping people make positive changes and achieve their goals and be the best that they can be but also want to be.

Thanks for the contact. Sorry for the delay in replying. Can't help you a lot with your requests especially in how to get the best out of this network. I'm relatively new to this myself and don't feel I've really cracked the fundamentals of good networking. It can take a huge amount of time and become an occupation in its own right ... so i guess the issue is how to be strategic.
