I am a strategist, coach, & practitioner in the learning world with 25 years experience in learning and development – 15 years at senior and executive level - providing consulting, training and coaching to enable the people aspects of change to realise their intended expectations and results.
I started my career as a teacher and coach before moving into sales and sales management at Legal and General.
I believe in the contribution of learning as a performance lever and build learning journeys to ensure their impact on performance. I analyse, coach, and develop management teams, learning functions and support Heads of L&D. We deliver a wide range of training programmes to support performance improvement.
Beyond work I enjoy sport and still play and coach cricket. I am married with two boys who are now both at University.
