About Me:

I have managed Phoenix Rising (S) Ltd for over 6 years and my focus is on enabling my clients to successfully implement change, develop effective Leadership and Management skills, experience positive results, and enhance productive business relationships at all levels within challenging and demanding environments.

I have extensive senior leadership and managerial experience which includes leadership & management development, corporate communications, people development, business and strategic planning systems, organisational and change management.

To ensure the best possible service to my clients I regularly update my skills set. I have qualified as a coach with the UK College of Life Coaching (UKCLC), the College of Executive Coaching (COEC) and Mindstore, Scotland. I have received training in Team Role Analysis, Behavioural Profiling and Neuro Linguistic Programming. Academically I have an Honours degree in Psychology and two business diplomas. I am a member of the Chartered Management Institute and a Mentor for Business Mentoring Scotland and the West Lothian Chamber of Commerce. I’m a founder member of both the Association of Coaching and the International Association of Coaching.

I have written a range of regular articles for a number of different publications and organisations including HR Network Scotland and the Small Business Club. I have also presented to a range of different organisations including the International Conference for Coaching and CIPD chapters. As part of my own personal development this year I’ve joined Toastmasters International.
