- I am Executive Recruiter offering unbundled services such as name generation, candidate sourcing and development, competitive intelligence, market surveys, salary surveys, specializing in diversity as well as full cycle recruitment. I offer over 10 years experience and an international network of recruiters and researchers who are among the best and brighest in the industry. I excel at finding "hard to find" candidates, using "out of the box" methodology and techniques.
I do NOT recruit using job boards and/or internet sourcing. I use old fashioned, networking and telephone research to find the cream of the crop candidates who are not being sourced, thus allowing me to offer a "unique product".
I love people and enjoy helping anyone who helps themselves - freely utilizing the "pay it forward" method as often as I can. I believe that you get what you give and I always strive to give my best.
I live in the southern part of Virginia with my husband Mark, who works for the Virginia State Police as a Special Agent and our 2 children. I am blessed with good friends, my dream job and a purpose for my life.
I love to read anything to do with personal and/or spiritual growth and improvement...we are never as good as we could be. I am here to touch lives in a positive manner - to share what I can of my small piece of the knowledge that I've been blessed to receive.
