About Me:
I am President/CEO of an international executive and corporate transformation company, where, as The Inc. Shrink, I help leaders build not just a high performance individual, team, or culture that is "high performance," but solutions that are of a committed not compliant nature. For being a "high performer" can come from many value centers, from reactivity or creativity. And in the end, it is critical to know the difference.

My new book, The Half-Truth High: Breaking the Illusions of the Most Powerful Drug in Life & Business, is about the dangerous half-truth methodology of the success and self-help industry that does its part in confusing leaders about what "makes sense" and it was it "true in the lasting sense" about human nature and performance.

Thoughts on Strategies/Resources

Hello everyone!!!

I have a CEO of a small global consulting firm that is interested in "going next level"...expanding....whats to take her small firm into a new geographic region, possibly hire more, and do the growth thing. Hello everyone!!

Well, i am proud to announce that finally my good ol' book is done and on amazon.com. My PR guy asked me to send a note to all my friends, contacts, and colleagues to assist me in becoming a bestseller there by gathering 5 star reviews from folks who know me and my work.

I would love to ask as many of you as I can to go to the following link and write a brief 5 star review of a few words on my work, a volume of insights that I call "half truths" that challenge what we call reality in the elusive world of psychotherapy, business coaching and even religion:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/write-a-review.html/104-2581381-3828726?ie=UTF8&asin=0595457088&store=books

It would just take a couple minutes of your time and give me a huge edge on the competition of self help gurus out there. Thank you so much!!!!! :)

All my best,
Dr. Kevin Fleming

Hi Kevin,

As I told other members of the HR Cafe, I am the founder and president of the International coach federation in The Netherlands. One of the things I take as a task is networking with other coaches and trainers as to be able to share the information with the ICF-NL members.

Greetings
Edmee
