At 55, I have seen 30 years service in businesses of many types - about 15 years in several blue chip large companies, 10 years in medium sized companies where I knew most people and 5 years in small companies without departments.
I jumped out of employment in 2003 to set up my own business and I am now a senior director in three different companies as well as being a subcontractor or sessional associate for ten companies on a regular basis.
15 years ago I completed an eight year stint commuting into London when I moved to Deal (just east of Dover on Kent's south coast). Since then I have enjoyed living within 200 yards of the sea and 23 miles equally from Calais and Canterbury (both excellent shopping and cafe-culture towns).
I am lucky enough to be paid for doing two activities that I love (and sometimes do for free!) - coaching and management training.

So I coach my clients to grow their vision to see what they might achieve, then we eliminate all the stuff that slows them down, and finally we achieve their goals.
