My backgound is in Retail Management and the sales environment for more than 15 years. During this time I became adept in training managers and sales staff, and I have also worked in Spain for several years as a Retail Manager and as a Trainer.
I started my own business in training because I want to fulfill my desire to help people get the best from themselves so they feel proud of their achievements and a sense of self-worth, and because I want to help managers to manage their people better to the benefit of each other and their business.
Darrington Training provides a personalised training resource for our clients. We specialise in training for Sales People, Customer Service Operatives and their Managers. Once your training needs and objectives are identified we design bespoke training sessions for you. These are interactive, use activities, scenarios and role play. To augment any course we offer a one to one coaching service to further boost staff performance in the real world.
