I'm a consultant, coach and trainer with particular interests in Corporate culture, values and internal communication.
I enjoy coaching individuals and training people to become in-company coaches.
I have a long time fascination with the way that musicians work together and how that can be used as a metaphor for organisations - I'm presently working with a colleague to bring this to life. Watch this space!
With another colleague, I am building a new brand - The Performance Barometer - to help organisations measure how close they are to having a performance culture (www.performancebarometer.co.uk).
Hi Steve, Didn't manage to get my page up today. I am putting up my working methodology 2morrow morning and I was just writing to tell you about this and hope that you get to have a look and maybe give me a comment or maybe you are interested in my training. Hope you are well and things are moving smoothly along. Lv Alix
Steve,
It's been a fair while since we last met at Bray (around 2001 I think). I hope the coaching group is still going from strength to strength?

Thanks for your message, I have looked at ISMA in the past but didnt join for various reasons, perhaps I should reconsider or re-look at it. Yes would be great to keep in touch as there will always be plenty for everyone.

Definitely interested in being added to the mailing list for the Coaching Foundation. Any cost?

Yes I have recently become an Ecademy member - do you find it useful?
Warm wishes
