I am a coach - a netweaving/networking coach! I can help you prepare your profiles for each of the online networks and help you develop your networking plan as a critical part of your marketing plan.

Offline networking is very important as well. As a coach I cover any and all online/offline connection activities and can help you effecting and efficiently build your business using networking techniques to netweave!

Many people know they need to network, but they really don’t understand what to do when they are at an event or how to build a relationship with the people they meet. I spent several years doing research on different forms of networking groups, both online and offline and found that the word “networking” is quickly becoming overused and many people do not understand what it means to network. As a result, I have developed a new way to help businesses spread the word about what they do, by giving first – extending their hand to offer help with no expectation of anything coming back to them. Focusing on people, building and cultivating relationships, finding out what someone else needs or wants and becoming a “connector” is the focus of RUNLancaster. Netweaving our connections, helping one another grow, learning about what another and building critical business relationships is what I focus on in my coaching business. Although I offer face-to-face groups that meet on a weekly basis, I am also developing an online group and I coach individuals and groups on this unique way to build their business.
