- Over the last 35 years I have accumulated substantial experience and expertise working in the sales, property and entertainment, industries.

Reed Learning, British Land Plc, Colliers CRE, Propex, Marks and Spencer, Estee Lauder and with individuals and teams I have positively impacted turnover and profitability.
An accomplished seminar and conference facilitator, trained Dale Carnegie trainer and coach I regularly conduct presentation skills, team building, communication, negotiating skills and goal achievement programmes.

On the 24th May QVC announced and formally kicked off their Search for a Presenter.
QVC's answer to The X Factor or is it The Apprentice? (at the end of
the selection process there will be just one person hired).
The later stages will be filmed every Sunday for 5 weeks in September.
Just think of the coverage for the hopefuls and how many other stations
will be looking for possible presenters?
Auditions will be held at various locations throughout the UK and

From a Talent Management perspective my focus is very much on putting in place, the processes and systems to manage talent - competency frameworks and performance management systems and the strategies to plan for the future - succession planning. This does have a connection to recruitment.
