About Me:

Darren completed a tour with the British Army (Parachute Regiment) in 1990.
He then completed degrees at Newcastle and Nottingham.

Darren began his career in recruitment with Robert Walters in 1996, where he set up specialist divisions in both London, England and Sydney, Australia.

He moved to Morgan & Banks/Hudson in 2000 and managed HR Recruitment, Career Management, Outplacement, and HR Consulting across Australia and New Zealand.

During his time in Australia, Darren was Vice President of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), Australia’s equivalent to the UK’s CIPD.

Darren returned to London in 2004 and joined Badenoch & Clark

He relocated to Continental Europe in 2006 and now lives in Luxembourg.
He is currently Director of Badenoch & Clark, Luxembourg.

Darren sits on the Council for the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg and is a member of the HR Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM)
