My background
I have 20+ years of international business development and management experience in companies like IBM, CSC, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Gugin.
I have always been travelling a lot, and I have learned and valued finding solutions across cultures seeing cultural differences as a source to synergy rather than a barrier.
I have many years of experience in working in multicultural environments and over the years, I have developed international motivation and reward systems. Consequently, this issue was a natural subject for my dissertation at Henley Management College.
