We don't do much marketing as we have managed to develop a good reputation so many clients are referred to us. However, we are just about to focus on growing the business significantly, and one of our key strategies is strategic alliances with global high-end executive search companies!
We have great success in coaching senior clients to make a rapid impact when they commence a new job, which leads to a greater number of successful placements for the recruiter! So this kind of alliance is a real win-win.

I specialize in placement in Fortune 500 to start up companies where I have gained my experience by fire with the mass outsourcing activities that began in the US in 2001, and the Europe in about 2003. My placements initially came purely by referral on both the candidate and the client base, with the bulk of our successful gains through social networking. Today our model looks to leverage alot of the early good will, but expanding our focus on contingency relationships as a key market.
