We don't do much marketing as we have managed to develop a good reputation so many clients are referred to us. However, we are just about to focus on growing the business significantly, and one of our key strategies is strategic alliances with global high-end executive search companies!
We have great success in coaching senior clients to make a rapid impact when they commence a new job, which leads to a greater number of successful placements for the recruiter! So this kind of alliance is a real win-win.
Hello Georgina, Your profile is fascinating. It looks like your executive coaching covers a wide range.. Where and how do you market yourself?
I specialize in placement in Fortune 500 to start up companies where I have gained my experience by fire with the mass outsourcing activities that began in the US in 2001, and the Europe in about 2003. My placements initially came purely by referral on both the candidate and the client base, with the bulk of our successful gains through social networking. Today our model looks to leverage alot of the early good will, but expanding our focus on contingency relationships as a key market.
My connection to the world of training was that I used to offer a one day workshop for trainers, coaches and presenters on how to use magic tricks in business presentations. www.tricks4trainers.co.uk
However I have now decided to focus 100% on my main interest which is eMarketing.
I guess that this is also applicable to trainers though!!
