- Passionate about developing people, I am a highly experienced trainer and coach who believes that we learn best when we are having fun. I like to communicate closely with the client to ensure that the training reflects the outcomes that the client is looking for. I encourage delegates to step outside their comfort zone and try something different in a safe environment. There will always be some assessment elements to the training to ensure that the delegates have learnt and grown their skills and have a sense of achievement at the end of the course. I will give ongoing coaching or provide coaching checklists for the line manager to ensure that the skills learnt are developed further.
I have many years experience in training, line management and sales with a blue chip pharmaceutical company, and a background in nursing and anaesthesia
