- About Me:
- I am a Human Resources and training professional with over 16 years' experience of training design and delivery to staff and managers, and of dealing with HR issues for local and international organisations. My corporate experience was from working for a leading international publisher and I set up my own company in 2000.
Training courses offered include: Recruitment & Selection, Time Management, Management Skills for new Managers, Performance Management, Presentation Skills and Train the Trainer. I also write and deliver bespoke courses. E.g., a course on facilitation for a group of new facilitators and a course on managing professional relationships effectively for a group of new managers.
HR services include: recruitment & selection with psychometric testing, handling grievance and discipline issues, writing HR policies and procedures, outplacement, career counselling, writing job profiles and change management including organising and managing the redundancy process.
