About Me:

I'm a business, management and personal coach (ICF qualified) and trainer, working generally with management level business men and women, from supervisory level to senior executives.

I work one-to-one or with a team group or both. I also work with organisations, from small to very large, to train their managers to use coaching styles to get the best from their people.

I have worked fairly extensively in Europe and the UK (in English) and for an appropriate fee and expenses I am available pretty well worldwide. Sometimes I work by phone and if a group of management/executives want me face-to-face, I will work with them to provide an economical rate for a day of appointments.

I have also experience in career development, both internally and externally and have two published books on this topic.

My background is 20+ years corporate manager leading teams in size from 6-300 and organisational change, with some HR thrown in too!

I write quite a lot and have a fair bit of internet marketing experience. In fact I've just launched a couple of products at www.HowToLandYourDreamJob.com and www.HowToWinAtAssessmentCenters.com, both of which have good affiliate rates, so if you want to sell them for me, you can!

I live in Gloucester and I'm originally from Blackburn. I like travel, photography, Mercedes, tiramisu and football. I walk a lot too!
