- Rob Sheridan has over twenty years of entrepreneurial experience of running his own business and helping other people making a success of theirs. Rob instinctively knows about the need for growth in every part of a business and how to have a positive impact on the bottom line. Rob’s unique approach is to achieve significant, measurable results with both owners and their staff in a fun and friendly way.
After gaining a degree in education from London University, Rob pursued his professional life as a teacher in a tough Inner London ‘sink school’ where he worked as head of department with socially deprived children. Leaving teaching and London behind him, he set up his own franchised business in Dorset. Rob was on the brink of bankruptcy. when he engaged the services of a mentor/coach who helped him see the potential of his own worth and that of the business Together Rob and his coach developed some strategies to turn the business around and become extremely successful.
Ten years later Rob sold his business and was headhunted by the Franchisor to work at headquarters to coach and train other franchise owners to make a success of their businesses. Rob was responsible for the development of some 200 businesses throughout the United Kingdom and many owners benefited from his wealth of experience, expertise, as well as his coaching and training skills. In 1989 Rob emigrated to South Africa where he quickly earned a reputation as an extremely successful entrepreneur, coach and trainer.
In 1999 Rob returned to the UK and after a lifetime of self development, studying with big names like Anthony Robbins, Dale Carnegie and Peter Thompson International, he decided to do what he does best and with absolute passion - train, coach and develop other people to be successful. Rob works with many organisations as well as Local Government departments. His current clients include the MOD, NHS, DEFRA, DVLA, Welsh Assembly, Surrey County Council, 4D and many others.
