My professional background
I call myself "well trained corporate asset". I have got over 15 years of professional experience. Most of these years I spent in the big, worldwide corporation. I have studied Computer Science and Philosophy. Most of my professional life I spent working in Information Services domain. Recently I changed the profile. Currently I am the HR BUSINESS PARTNER in the Shared Service Center located in Krakow, Poland (Shared Services market in Poland is growing very rapidly).
I participated in the set-up of this new entity from the very beginning and I am happy I could be a part of this process. Experience gained over here is invaluable.
My natural gift of dealing easily with people, sensing the core of the issue with the "sixth sense" moved me quickly into the coaching domain.
I used to be a mentoree, I used to have my own business coach (and I still have private one). This enabled me to also learn "the other side of the story" in the coaching process.
I am indeed happy that I am capable to help people. Their smile is the best expression of the gratitude. In the business activities by natural way I always try to get the best out of people and when I see how they grow I feel genuine satisfaction and fulfillment.

Me as a person
I am married with 2 kids. One of the best honors is for me the fact that my 15 and 16 years old sons still want to go together with me for vacation :o)
I strongly believe in the power of FAMILY and I regret that due to development of our civilization the familiy suffers.
I love BALLROOM DANCING and I practice it on a regular basis. Who knows, maybe same day we will meet each other on the dance floor, on the tournament organized in your country :o)
My home is plenty of books discussing psychology, personal and spritual development, holistic healing. One of the recent discoveries was OSHO and his striking theories (if I am not mistaken someone called him the most dangerous person since the time of Jesus Christ).
