As a salesman I am amazed at the number of appointments I turn up to to find that the appointee has forgotten that I was coming, mainly because they dont have an Appointments Diary.
How do people expect to run a business if the cannot even remember that someone is calling on them? They must have thought my visit was worthwhile or they would not have agreed to see me. I even go to the trouble of sending an immediate email to confirm the appointment and about a week before the appointmen
